40 岁弟弟3次痛风

my brother lives in china. When he was young, he did a lot overnight ma jiang and played a little. Now he married and have a daughter, and seems his life in good routine now. But he seldom exercise.

He had 3次痛风 so far, how to improve it? or fix 痛风?
