请这里的医生帮我看看我的ultrasound的报告，有问题吗？

in the left breast there is a small 4mm cyst at 1o'clock position ,there is no hypoechoic mass identified.
in the left breast there is a small 5mm cyst at 11 o'clock position another 4mm cyst is seen at 1 o'clock position at 4 o'clock position there is another 5mm hypoechoic lesion with internal echoes there is no flow demonstrated.
IMPRESSION; small cysts in both breasts, at 4 o'clock position in the left breast there is a small 5mm hypoechoic lesion which could represent complex cyst or small fibroadenoma. I would recommend follow up with left breast ultrasound in 6 months to ensure stability.
我想问下在左边的乳房4点钟位置那个hypoechoic lesion要不要紧啊。担心ing
