It is kind of misleading.

Squalene Adjuvant is not currently aproved for clinic use in the USA. It is, however, aproved for clinical use in most Europe countries.
There is a clinical trial going on in Stanford University right now and they are looking for 200-300 healthy individuals for trial of using ajuavant in vaccine. Before their trial ends and got approved by FDA, the vaccine in the United States of America will stay adjuvant-free.
