请这里的医生帮我看看B超结果，做了B超后，医生要我活检，我会生乳腺癌的机率有多大？好担心

我以前也在这里贴过我的报告的，这里有医生帮我看了，建议我定期检查，我前个星期去做了B超，医生建议我活检，我好担心，三个月前还做过钼靶，医生也没说要我活检，这个肿块我半年前做是1.38cm.现在是1.4cm .大了0.2mm.请问我的机率会多大，谢谢了。

On the left side,there are multiple cysts scattered within the breast parenchyma,the largest measures 6mm and seen at 11o"clock,there is a 6mm hypoechoic area noted at 6 o"clock that likely represents asmall fibroadenoma
On the lefe side,the previously noted hypoechoic lesion at around 2 o"clock is re_identified and measures on the current study 1.4cm which showed some progression since the previous study done in 2008,the lesion seems to be lobulated, there is some posterior enhancement,there are a small hypoechoic area noted at 11o"clock measuring 6mm likely represent fibroadenoma, there is a cyst at 12o"clock measuring 6mm.
IMPRESSION:
Benign findings of both breasts,the previously noted lobulated hypoechoic lesion at 2o'clock of the left breast is re_identified and showed slight progression in size since the previous syudy, therefore I would suggest percutaneous biopsy to ensure its benign etiology
