Examinations:
On the right side, there are few small well defined hypoechoic nodules noted within the breast parenchyma. These likely represent complicated cysts. There is no associated worrisome feature identified.
One the left side, there are few scattered cysts noted within the breast parenchyma. In addition
, there is approximately 1.2 cm hypoechoic solid lesion noted at around 2 o’clock. This is associated with posterior enhancement and irregular outline likely representing fibroadenoma.
Impression:
Benign findings of both breasts. 1.2 cm hypoechoic lesion with posterior enhancement at 2 o’clock of the left breast associated with irregular outline. The finding is felt to represent fibroadenoma. However, follow up study in six to eight months interval is advised for stability.
US PELVIC ULTRASOUND Unassisted right breast there is a 3.0mm 9 o’clock lesion with shadowing.
Although the findings are most likely benign it is suggested that a six month re-evaluation study be cons Ultrasound report 2

US TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND
Pervious done November 2008 was a normal study.
The uterus is retroverted and of normal size. Endometrium is 1.0 cm.
2.0 cm simple appearing cyst noted in the right ovary. Otherwise both ovaries are unremarkable and no other adnexal abnormality revealed.
Small amount of free fluid present in the left adnexa.
Summary: no evidence of fbroids. 2.0cm simple appearing right ovarian cyst.
BILATERAL US BREAST ULTRASOUND
Within the right breast on the present study there are four hypoechoic foci identified, all subcentimeter is maximum diameter. Lesion just above the nipple is 7.0 mm is transverse diameter and most likely a tiny cyst. The largest lesion is at about 5:30 close to the nipple 8:0mm transverse diameter like a tiny fibroadenoma. At 9 o’clock 3.0cm from the nipple a 4.00mm lesion reveals moderate shadowing. The find deserves a six month re-evaluation study.
