As always, I value your point of view very much. But at this time, I would have to disagree with you. Yes, there are so many factors that may alter the A1c results. And yes, we could go on for ever to discuss on this issue. It all comes down to this question. How many cases of high A1c but normal fasting glucose level later turned out to be diabetic? In my humble opinion, it is HIGH.
