有什么办法治疗下肢静脉曲张吗？

我怀孩子期间由于体重增的太快导致下肢出现静脉曲张。现在孩子都几岁了，这静脉曲张却越来越厉害。我时常觉得腿很累。大家有谁知道有什么办法吗？我看了医生，医生只叫我买长筒袜穿，好像我穿了也没什么效果。：（
