A simple test may helpful at this time.
buy a pH paper from drug store (even from the chemistry lab). Test your silvar pH value after 2 hours of meal.
If it is <5 you need get serious.
If it is >6.5 you can relax.
Even it is serious you still can do something to reverse this condition.
