Not sure about 辅助性质. Our body is a whole system conected together. Detox doesn't just mean"wash" the liver and kidney itself one day and add lots of garbage stuff on the second day expecting that the organs still work perfectly. The 4 basic steps are for long-term health we may keep in mind every day except the supplements. After you rebuild your liver and kidney function you can use fresh foods to keep they work properly. There are other ways to do the "wash" step but the basic life styles are same. Hope this help.
