请问喉癌

朋友患了喉癌，据称大小在两毫米以内，位于声带部位。由于他还有糖尿病和高血压，同时心脏有阻塞，故医生暂时无法施行手术，请问有什么方法可以治疗或抑制病情发展？多谢。
