please recommend good hospital and doctor for 食道癌

My 姑妈 just called my dad and told him that 姑父's 食道癌 is recurring. He had a surgery in 2005 but the cancer is growing back. My 姑妈 and 姑父 live in 江苏. They don't know what the best way to treat his cancer now. Should they go to famous hospitals in big cities like Beijiang or Shanghai? Which hospitals and doctors are good at treaing 食道癌? Is it very difficult to get into good hospital or see good doctors? I am trying to think out of the box and see if anyone gives some suggestions. My 姑父 is at the age of 60. It would be devastating to my 姑妈 if he couldn't survive his cancer. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
