BIOPSY 或CORE BIOPSY ? 乳癌?

我常感到从左液窝到乳房疼痛，但乳房没有硬块或肿块。我的diagnostic mammogram结果显示：
Diagnostic mammogram: The breast tissue is heterogeneously dense. This may lower the sensiticity of mammography. there are some coarse benigh appearing calcifications in the left breast in the upper outer position.
Impression: probably benigh. BIRAD 3.
Recommendation: Diagnostic left mammogram in 6 months.

我已约了一个乳房外科的医生（是两个月以前约的）明天就去看她。我有以下事情想咨讯一下：

－有没有乳癌是没有硬块或肿块，但有钙化点的？
－BIOPSY 或CORE BIOPSY 有什么不同？
－如果是癌症，做BIOPSY检查会不会导致癌细胞扩散？
－什么方法是既安全又准确的诊断乳癌的方法？
