请问：抗过敏的药苯海拉明可以长期吃吗？

我们家我和儿子不知道什么原因过敏，打喷嚏，流鼻子，鼻子出血。吃苯海拉明之后可以缓解，每天一颗就好。我昨天没吃，今天症状就来了，鼻子外面都痒。
这个要能长期吃吗？我买的100颗剩下不多了。
