我有一个大胆猜测：你可能是对sodium tripolyphosphate 过敏

美国普通超市卖的虾大都添加了保水剂sodium tripolyphosphate，一些人对这个东西过敏，会起疹子等。

你可以试验一下买没有添加这个东西的虾试试。Costco 的那种去皮的虾是没有的，Wholefoods的也一定能找到没有的。
