抛出这些问题后很多的人是不会回答的，因为他们有自知之明。有近一半回答了，但我也会基本淘汰了，比如单妈带着4个孩子，或者3代人同住，小青年合租，自曝的信用记录在620以下，有一只中大狗以上，等等。虽然是自爆信息，可能会撒谎，但第一轮达标的真不多。

1. How many people will live with you (how many adults and how many kids under 18)?
2. What do you do for a living? How long has you been in this position? Same questions for all adults. 
3. How much is your combined monthly?

4. Approprimately what is your credit score? Same question for all adults.
4. Do you have any eviction and felony history?

5. Do you have any pets? If yes, what kind/breed?

6. Do you smoke?

7. What is your expected move-in date?
