现在的趋势是当老师要有education degree.

现在的趋势是当老师要有education degree. certificate is not enough。以前是
证书就成，后来改了，所以hurt 最多的就是高中数理化。
俺们州很多年前就改了。现在那些教科学的初中老师就有个教育学的博士也胡乱教
一气。
