Dean said: "sit down"

My kid: "Why am I here?" (Note: This is first time he has
ever been called to Dean's office.)

Dean: "A thinks that you may have taken his binder"

My kid: "What do you mean, why would I take his binder?"

Kid A explains: after X class, after my kid left for class Y, he could not find his binder. (my kid sit in front of A). He asked kids around, and they all saw my kid has 2 white binders. So he think that my kid took his white binder.

Dean said: Did you take A's binder"

Then my kids offer to show him his binders. Those
2 binders has his notes from 2 classes.

Note: my kid has 2 white binders since 1st day of theschool. I bought those.

I want to complain but don't know how to do it
perperly without hurting my kid.
My kid don't want me go there because
he worried that Dean may be unhappy and gives him
trouble in future. He is in middle school.
