Also, do not forget Robert C. Byrd scholarship from Department of Education. It's around $1500 and renewable for 4 years. Department of Education distribute the scholarship to each state and State Department of Education will then pass to each school. Some schools juts let the first and second places of GPA to apply. It's another scholarship that is more of a honor than money. I believe just like National Merit Scholars, Ivy schools have many students were awarded this scholarship.
