Her point is that it is not God 力量有限. It is her 力量有限. Don't blame God.

We Christian believe God is the truth, and we will follow the Truth, but because we are 有限 (sinned), so we cannot perfectly follow the Truth. but God forgives our imperfect (sin) because Christ pay the price for us.

I hope you get to know a good christian so you get better understanding about Christianity.
