Sorry for the trouble that M made this morning and thank you for sharing with me. We know she has problem handling confrontation and have been working with her. What you told her is what we have been telling her almost every day. I can tell she is trying hard and believe have seen improvements.

Do you have more information regarding the fight she had with another kid? What was the cause?
