I agree with turndrup. I understand what she means: the teacher is not qualified to teach 7th grade! The IDs opposed turndrup, ask yourself if you can accept anyone who does not know "square root" to teach your kid math. In my opinion, this kind of teacher should not teach even 1st. grade.
