借人气问问公司 dependent care account 问题

我们公司的dependent care account是从每年１０月到第二年９月。我已经登记存$５０００，每月从paycheck上扣。现在公司很可能要裁员。但我这笔钱是预备孩子明年６月开始上学用的。如果公司把我裁掉的时候我还没有用掉这笔钱，是不是就要不回来了？那岂不是好冤枉，为省点税把自己的钱也赔了。有哪位兄弟姐妹知道的，能不能讲讲？谢谢啦！
