说说我认识的一个非小中女的情况

SAT 1530, GPA UW4.0, weighted 4.38, 约有60 dual credits。有两三个什么比赛进入national finalists的，详情不知。一个是和辩论有关的，一个是和化学有关的科研论文。有几个月的lab经验。校内两三个社团活动的职务，但不是最顶端的。社区服务150-200小时。

没有申请私校，只申请了几所公校。拿到UCB, UVA, UW（州内）。UCB不去了，说父母没攒到足够学费，家庭收入在10-15万之间。现在在UVA和UW之间犹豫。这个算是成功的申请吗？
