Bush is not mediocre. His is a very skillful politician, but an awkward leader. He and his team plays plitics well, but don't know how to govern. Unfortunately, mediocres like him and think he is one of them, which is ironic.

Trust me, if his a mediocre, he couldn't have come back from alcoholic to governer, and then president.
