你没懂我的意思。PE/VC不是match，而是不管你自己放不放401K，公司都会给你放

base salary 的12-15%。所以不叫match，叫profit sharing。不过没有Roth 401k的选项，都是传统401k。

12-15%的底薪已经比23500多了。
