读医热里，说个最近的见闻

实验室一直和一位PhD/MD医生有合作。这位PhD/MD一直作肿瘤科医生的。她的病人样品经病人同意后，给我们作试验用。合作了五年，文章发表了。她也高兴。

因为有了这篇文章，针对一种我们以前从没拿到过funding的癌症，就自然想试试这个方向。和她再联系，作为共同申请人。左联系右联系，就是不回。最后老板直接打电话给她，才知道她有特殊要求：经费拿到后，要付她70%的工资。。。作医生太累，有这个工资就不用象现在这样跑三个点，接待病人了。。。

老板笑说：这个小grant，就是拿到，一年也就十几万，一起给她也不够她70%的工资啊。。。只好不拉她共同申请了。。。
