My daughte is like your second.

She can change the shape of her tongue whatever way she want. My friend who is a doctor said that curling the tongue is a heritage from parents. But my hu*****and can only curl his tongue not put it vertical, and I could not even do that. She is 5 years old now and I don't know if she can keep doing it later. Good to know she has company here!
