请教Firstplace in this JSHS 算不算 T10 眼中的 大奖?

DOD 是赞助商, 但现在政府cut 经费, 停办了所以网站上没有信息了.  每年各地区选拔100+ 进 national决赛(DC), 6个 First place in 6 subjects

Junior Science and Humanities Symposium (JSHS) is a free, individual STEM competition for students in grades 9-12 sponsored by the Department of Defense. Students submit their original, independent research to compete for over $400,000 in scholarships and cash awards at the regional and national level. 

JSHS is open to students across the United States and territories and at DoDEA schools worldwide. JSHS promotes STEM research and experimentation for high school students, recognizes their achievements, and opens the door to STEM careers. Learn more at www.jshs.org!
