问问看大家的想法，如果有TAMU免学费（NMSF)的CS/CE的录取

从学习和就业的角度，你们觉得下面哪些公立旗舰付全额外州学费的就没必要去了？还没开始申请，就是假设都能录的话。这里所有学校都是外州包括TAMU。
