My son had similar problem when he was young, school district psycologist gave him a test, and suggest us to use the speech therapy, it is once in a week at school, about an hour long which was every effective.After one sememster, they suggested to stop the therapy since the problem solves. By the way, it is nothing related to other qualifications of the kid. Do not worry. Indeed it was found when my son was taking the IQ test with the psycologist, and he was select to Gift program at the same time.
