请教申请大学问题， 多谢

女儿新Sat成绩出来了， 1520, 数学满分， 春季考试成绩1490, 所以大学申请时AO 看到的成绩是superscore1540。 GPA是4.008, 学校按四分制算， 但是A+是4.33。总之SAT 1540, Gpa4.0， 5个A P是5分，另五个AP明年春天考。成绩一定在10%内。

 

Biology club 里最主力的成员， junior year参加过international BioBuilder conference at MIT代表学校做presentation， junior summer 参加state conference 。 Junior summer 在州大学life science 的lab 里实习做lab assistant 三周， 自己找到的机会。

 

学校robotics,  CS, math 队里打酱油， 手工队的founderfrom grade 10. 没有任何大奖。 只有校级的underclassmen 两次， 做好人好事奖几次， 及RIT的book award for computing。

 

估计三份推荐信都应该很不错， counselor会突出助人为乐，学科老师会强调成绩，essay不肯让我看。

 

孩子本人要ED dream school 是Brown， 不知道可能性多大。之后次喜欢的学校是Boston University. 我觉得这两个差距太大。 （孩子喜欢这两个学校的原因是open curriculum 。）所我想请教几个问题：

1, 这个成绩够哪些/哪类好学校？

2, BU学生物（分子生物学）和econ/business/finance的钱途如何（ 想double major)？ B U career service 如何？ Employers 对B U学生认可度如何？

3, 学校用scoir, not common app 申请大学， scoir上显示被不同大学录取的可能性， 请问靠谱吗？

4, Tufts and BC排名比BU靠前， 不过BU学生可以去H, M 上课， 近水楼台多些联系， 请问值不值得？
