我原来的公司只off after tax 401K, 没有别的选项。
回答: 退休账户一向是可以自己选401k还是Roth 401k，catch-up也一样，规定只能放在after tax感觉是变差

一般来说，公司offer pre tax 401k, 有些公司会加Roth and/ or after tax
