一件拖了很久的事终于有了眉目。。。

从老大出生我们就在考虑WILL的事，拖了那么久，好在一家人都平安：）今天终于跟律师谈了回来，原来LIVING TRUST没有想象得贵。用公司的LEGAL PLAN，普通的LIVING TRUST是免费的，还管给办房子的DEED TRANSFER，再加一个pour over will来堵漏洞。其他ACCOUNT的FUNDING不需要律师，自己跑腿就是了。省遗产税的A/B trust也还不到1000块。而且除非要换监护人什么的，也没有将来需要花钱改动的地方，单是财产的买卖不需要改动ＴＲＵＳＴ。

还要谢谢去年某位JM提到公司的LEGAL PLAN，否则都无从下手：）这月费交了快一年，才赶紧办了，省得第二年再交月费，否则还不知道推到猴年马月呢：）
