大厂都是要再过一个月才给RO吗？

熊孩子说在大厂实习的小伙伴很辛苦，因为即使组里愿意你回来接着做FT，还要等一个月以后才知道有没有HC，所以谁也不敢闲着，这段时间还得接着找工作，这不是折腾孩子吗？
