just kidding. This financial aid is very personal, without a full disclosure, it is almost impossible to discuss the details.

I am just a regula Chinese guy who happened to "click" and understand the process. Some parents may be so rich they never even think about this matter. There is no way I could offer any help without knowing the details of their cases.
