给娃买房要交税？

和萨拉妈妈聊天聊到给娃买房的事，萨拉妈妈说， 给娃买房， 娃的名字是房主， 钱必须他出的， 如果俺要转钱给他去买房， 这笔钱要交税， 税还不低。 

俺都没想到这点啊。 子坛那么多富人都嚷嚷给娃买房给首付， 你们咋交税的？
