好奇地问一下

子女教育坛有三个版主： edumom 难得聪明 britannica。 只看到britannica坛主在指导本坛工作，但从没见过其他两位领导。他们是组织上任命的还是民主选举出来的?

本人以为子女教育坛有好多优秀人才，如毕小珠，应该委以重任，提拔到领导岗位上去。
