CWRU premed 春季入学的优缺点是什么？

加州小中男有可能要春季入学spring admission

还是选别的大学？

选择：

Case Western Reserve Univ (春天入学)，U Wisc Madison, Northeastern, Rutgers, cc转ucla。 不考虑学费，选哪个？
