第一份工作干不了太长时间

很多娃干两年自己就跳槽了，再高大上的公司也就是练练手，娃们长能力了自然不满意大公司打螺丝，有机会自然要跳槽，就算工作几年出去旅游一年半载，再回来上班也没有问题。
