Medicare只cover一定天数rehab/nursing Home开销。绝大多数人都是靠Medicaid。但是

qualify Medicaid前要liquidate自己的财产。

所以赌场里面那么多老人疯狂赌钱。

钱不给孩子，以后也是政府的。
