给娃发了个感谢信

娃上大学后每年都找到了实习，大三暑假拿到RO工作搞定了。不是show off, 我一直以为这个很正常。我觉着小学渣都找到了，应该大家基本都有。看了网友的帖子才意识到找工作多难，我们太lucky了。

娃的说法是大一就要撒网，拿到第一个，后面就越来越容易。大一的时候，她学期中间做一份intern，一周10小时。公司不付钱，但是学校鼓励他们找，找到了学校10周给1600。大一找暑期intern，投了150分简历，最后找到一个remote的。有了大一的经验，大二投了50份，收到两个offer，去了其中一家。干得不错，实习结束，公司让她学期期间继续half time。大三拿到大二的RO,  还有另一家，take 了另一家。大三结束，决定take 这家的RO. 
娃说主要要早动手，还有参加professional club。intern期间，要积极和公司同事上级互动，不要只埋头干活。
