I had same problem when my son at that age. I changed school and he was totally fine with another teacher. Not only that, He also got awards in that changed school. For convience, I changed my son back to old school (Next to my home) and I showed all the test report and awards he got. The old school teacher then start treat my son well and this year he even got into gate program.
I understand your feeling at all. I am a single mom and teacher even say that it because my son lived in a single parent family. All I can do is SUFFERing. I am still not happy with this old school. But they treat my son reasonable now.
I think you need change class or school. It may hert your child if teacher like that.
