My son is 3.5 and he is doing speech therapy. For my son, he can't pronounce some sound correctly, e.g. STAR, he will omit S, and ROPE, he'll say wope. Some problems are age related, the kids will grow out of it, but some will need correction. And he can't use grammar correctly, he/she, is/am/are, etc. The evaluation will based on child's age. From my experience, i see some bilingual kids have behavor problems, and very often they have speech delay.
how about his English?
