请问 new grad 第一份工作地点重要吗？

假设一个new grad 拿到两个offer, 一个在硅谷，一个在没有那么热闹的城市，对以后事业发展会有不同影响吗？人在硅谷对以后发展是很有好处吗？还是地点关系不大？
