熊二在监视同学们的行踪， 啥毛病？

不小心看到熊二用一个软件在监视（偷窥？）他同学的行踪， 屏幕上全是他几十个同学的手机位置。 这是啥毛病？还没戳穿他， 不知道怎么跟他说不要这么做。
