If you have N millions of $$, then the $200,000 COA really does not make any difference.

However, there are families who have about $100K saving and a decent income. They could, in theory, 负担得起 that 200,000 bill. But they will have to cut expenses at other places or get a loan to cover part of the bill.

It is still 条件允许 or 能负担得起. 孩子想去名校，很不想去普通大学，父母该怎么做？
