抱抱！Sorry for hearing this story. But, pratically,

it's very difficult to sue the doctors/nurses, especially the test shows everything's normal.

People sue the dr. successfully when there's serious damages done.

U might contact the hospital to file a complain. But, the most important is that your D is fine and healthy.
