女儿体力很好，胆子也大

星期天下午飞到哥伦比亚的一个著名的coffee region。

星期一hiking了一天，在山上爬了170个floors，10 miles.

昨天星期二参加了一个coffee route tour，乘了吉普车去了五个villages。着coffee怎么长出和加工的，品尝各种delicious coffee.
