这样的升迁，你会选择吗？

最近被通告有升迁机会，让我考虑考虑，是去当个manager.

两年前，有类似机会，被我拒绝掉，觉得，这次如果再拒绝，以后，人家不会考虑我了。

拒绝的原因是不想太忙，我孩子要上一年级了，各种活动要参加。我自己一周要上两次yoga课，还刚开始另外一节健身课，平常和孩子一起练琴，我积极性更大，练了一年多了。我还enjoy cooking, etc. 一忙起来，不仅没时间，更没心情。

可是也不想这样一辈子做个小位子，虽然，薪水也不少，做manager不见得多，但比较有成就感。就做这样，以后做个principal engr 也不坏。
