美国军工业面临招人短缺。

儿子本周开始在一家军工大厂和当地州立学校合作办的职业训练班上课，上完课以后会有厂里的人来录用一些人，希望到时候起码有个工作。这家厂从现在往下几年要在当地招很多人，当地没这么多现成的人，所以这个课是免费的，外地来的还免费住学校里（现在反正放假了）。

跟他住同一间的，是个大三念完要上大四的学生，也因为现在不好找工作，来上这个课，以后容易一些。

可是这样的机会，也没多少人来。报名登记的有14个人，昨天第一天上课，只来了七个。。

他们有个部门要招32个人，招了三个月，还有23个空缺。
